    What kind of ink? Vinyl ink is not the same as corro ink is not the same as plastisol. At any rate, immediate cleanup should always be number 1 priority, or at least returning the screen to a useable state!

    Sorry to hear that it didn;t work... Normally if you wanted say three copies of a multi-page file, and you checked 'collate' (or sometimes 'booklet') it'll print pages 1,2,3,4,5, 1,2,3,4,5, 1,2,3,4,5, in that order, but if collate was not checked, it should print 1,1,1, 2,2,2, 3,3,3, 4,4,4...

    I would have thought that any decent printer program could do what you wanted: if you selected multiple copies (2), and uncheck 'collate', then check 'multiple pages per piece of paper' or equivalent. The main thing is to make sure 'collate' is not turned on-that should give you your required...

    Design it in black & white, FIRST! No effects, no textures. Just B & W. If that works, a few effects will possibly help it, but design it in B&W first. (P.S Studio 440-that diamond plate comment was meant as a joke, by the way...)

    How precise do you need to be? Looks like Optima Bold to me...or some variation of that with deeper concave ends. It should be a relatively Windows standard freebee. I remember buying a CD of about 200 good and 'proper' TTF fonts back in the Windows 3.1 days, for about $12, and it came on that.
