I notice it with 3M 8519. I allways assumed the yellow tint was from a UV blocking additive similar to the yellow shooting glasses?

+1 Oracal reps will tell you not to. And, in my experiance, Primer 94 makes oracal less likely to stick.

Better try no heat or the liner will be a pain to get off the finished banner.
