$60 a hour round trip. Just did it for a small $110 job the other day. It was a nice bit of change on a 2.5 hour round trip :) Some customers will pay it and others will freak out. Gotta feel them out.

I've used it before. Prints good and the customer who mainly bought it printed and cut from me never had issues that I'm aware of. I'd say go for it.

Use paper tape and wet lay if you need to. Easy easy. $320-$400 sounds about right. Double materials and then add in your hourly for the labor including travel. Simple!
