what if you just sent him the files already color seperated. we only screen print spot colors so if you need help or info on that i can help. if you are screening 4 c/p i am usless. also i don't use corel. we make our own artwork in ai and print our own films then send them into production...

we have been using the zeronine foils for at least 6 years with no issues i only order the gerber foil for specialty colors that zeronine doesn't have

do they screen 4 color process for you or is it just spot colors? do you send the vector art? not sure why it was ok before but now they can't use the same files you were sending

i agree the whole shop is my work station but here are the two main areas and didn't have anyone to take my pic so just photoshop my profile/avatar into the desk pics if that helps you...haha (have changed anyway)

feel to post some pics of the site inspection :) it happens but work is work. i would imagine you would be there during the day so if people drive by and see your jeep they will just think you are interviewing and then they will start going at night hoping you are working

artbot thanks for the tip but the job we are having this issue with is printed from a roll not on the flatbed option. our tech guy said clean the rollers with a tooth brush and check the pinch wheels, they can ware and would need to be replaced. still waiting for the roland people to get back to me

the machine is great over all but it does have a couple of negetives. the quality is great speed not so good. the cart.s are more expensive than the eco-sol but we figure that in our cost. the main thing is this helps lighten our silk screen dept. load and it hos done a great job with that...

we have been running our uvj for a few months now and it works great but as a lot of people on here said the roller feed can cause you parts to be off a little. i am printing an .060 styrene job two sided so this is where it needs to be accurate. printed the first sheet and it was off left/right...

any tools that could make the job easier while on the road are always a plus...i am in

the denatured alcohol won't hurt them, i use it all the time on ours but anything stronger may melt the rubber so be careful or just do a test on a small end area.
