I guess I'm not the only one struggling with cutting acrylic on a CNC? I've probably got $1000 in bits and 25 hours of testing just to get the right combination that cuts acrylic cleanly. Sigh.
If I'm understanding your question correctly, you would just need to make sure your shape(s) are combined (Ctr+L) and that all your shapes you want to cut have "CutContour" stroke applied.
To add an outline / bleed etc. you would use the "Contour" tool.

Yep. More details needed. As for merging two panels together (again, depending on how you're using it/installing it/how long it has to last) we've done this before by adding a strip of coroplast on the back w/ double sided tape that spans the seams across both panels.
You're gonna have to use two sheets....
How is it being used? Does it have to be coroplast? The only thing you'll be able to get at that length is lexan roll stock.
