Actual Pics
Here are the actual pics of the boat when it got done! The hull was filthy....but wrap was complete. Actually...its not teeth...just a toothy design! Because its a catamaran, had to wrap partially into the hull. Likely will do something for a straight on view to really finish it...
You need the CMYK channels there to be BLANK. 0/0/0/0. Ive butted my head about that as well using Pshop and setting up white ink channel for a white only print. 99.99% sure thats solution.
170 C is ok....Has a good use for spot stuff. High initial tack.....no slidablilty. We had an issue where client applied dry...and needed to lift the print, it left adhesive on the vehicle!!! OMG...both of us looked in amazement. Its a good cast...good adhesive...but not worth the $$. Go...
yeah....sounds like material. Typically we order sheets by the skid...so its all consistent from start to finish. If theres a problem with one sheet...likely 100 sheets down it'll be the same problem.
hey John...we use a LOT of IJ 35 here...and not many issues with it. Typically if there is, it was paint on a wall that the adhesive just didnt like. Nothing where mounting to glass or metal has been an issue. If you want something with a little lower initial tack...try the Mactac 929 if its...
static on the material? Where is the material coming from?? It kinda odd that you rotate the material and its ok. Is it consistent thru the sheet as they come off the stack its all the same direction? Could the material foot...not sure the GS has one like the QS....be sensing slightly...
I have really good luck with N Glantz Bline film...its a SHIL product actually. Little thin..but minimal to no curl at all. Can get a bit brittle over time. Its a polypropylene product printable UV curable or Eco Solv. Give it enough dry time if running eco solv!
Terry....your're right...it has nothing to do with what you own. (more like the banks own me anyway) Any one of us here has made a decision to do what we do for a reason....paint with brush or airbrush...cut vinyl lettering....put ourselves in hock to print for others. I personally love what...
I deal with brokers every day.....and the ones I do work for are Loyal to say the least. I would rather deal with professionals over the general public anyday. You broker out work to companies like mine because you dont have the larger printers and staff we have here. As a wholesaler ONLY, we...
The file you are using....is it RGB or CMYK? If cmyk...should be a good yellow then. Ive had issues with RGB sent to me and the Yellows have a green cast due to the values mixing some. Try printing straight CMYK swatches to see what happens. Also...are printheads in High or Low position??
