Some photos of the mis cuts would be good. First I would double check the artwork to make sure the shapes are closed. Second I would check in GSP plot -->Setup --> device select --> select plotter then press settings button. Check the settings in here (shut off so that it uses plotter settings)...

Also try placing the cutcontour on its own layer and place that layer as the top most layer. Sounds like it wouldn't be a difference but I found with onyx that it helps when placing spot layers as the top most layer in the file. Chaz

You should have an option in job editor before printing the job to choose which cutter you want to use. Select the correct cutter and print. Chaz

I agree, you don't put vinyl over silicone gaps. If you do you better plan on going back and replacing it at your cost after the client freaks out because it starts to peel after a few washes. Chaz

Pretty sure onyx has a 30 day trial of the current software... you could always download and run it and test it out. If it works out for you the way you want it would be worth the purchase. If it doesn't work your not out any $$ and you can eliminate it. Chaz
