Call your vendor and make them aware of it. I know if it were Fellers or Grimco they'd ship a new roll to me and ask that I box up the old roll to return it to them. *FWIW - I've experienced contamination in rolls from Oracal and 3M, so it can happen to anyone.

I only turn my printer on to print. It is shut off every night and all weekend. As long as your maintenance station is in good order (head seals correctly, no blocked drain lines, etc.) you shouldn't have much trouble. Even after being shut off for a weekend, I just run a normal cleaning and...

Doug, just curious did you cut out the PVC by hand or did you use a CNC router? Either way, great job and clean looking design and construction.

Coming from the offset printing world, I feel more comfortable using Adobe products. So Illy and Photoshop handle the majority of what I do and then everything gets RIP'd to Wasatch.

As long as both banners are not side by side I doubt anyone would be able to tell from just casual observance.

I'm pretty certain that would be a dealer part only. Even so, it is likely a special order item. Contact your local Mutoh dealer and see what they can do.
