There are many companies who screen print onto vinyl. As far as rotary screen printing, basically a printing press that can output massive sq. feet per hour on many different materials, often things like wallpaper and fabric.
As for the white backed reflective, I believe I have seen some...
In flexi try using the Bezier command under the Bitmap menu, then Vectorize then Bezier....this is assuming your version of flexi has this feature. Good Luck.
In Flexi make sure the color for your black when you select it is 'black' and not 'all', meaning full ink from all channels. Have seen this on several occasions over the last decade.
Edit: after re-reading the last sentence of the first part I realized this is not the case...sorry.
Fred that is a speed test, the numbers you are seeing are the stats for your AT&T connection. I'm fairly sure you would see massively faster speeds with Charter or Comcast if either are available to you. I have the least expensive package, the business plans offer faster upload speeds.
According to the Google you should be able to get Comcast Xfinity cable service. Should be massively faster up/download speeds than AT&T can offer. Hell, up here we have small towns 20 miles from nowhere that can get kick *** internet speeds via Charter.

Assuming the force ratio is the same as my Graphtecs, you should be on a FORCE setting of 9-12 with a new blade up to 15 to 17 with a heavily used blade...
That slippery film is likely citrus oil, much like the type used in many glue removers.

Not true, drags are just as accurate as tangential....if you are doing tiny intricate 1/4" designs then yes I would consider a tangential as that is where they outperform a drag.
For what you are trying to do you might want to look into a high quality desktop printer, something like an Epson...
Sounds like your RMS sensor is fried, and yes it can fail from one job to the next...happened to me. I cant remember exactly what we paid to have our sensor replaced, but seems like it was only a couple hundred bucks. If your off warranty I would recommend Advantage Sign Supply to service it...
