Customers just don't understand that we are manufacturers. We do not take something on a shelve and hand it to them. They minimize our services and cry boo hoo to others that we did them wrong. Unfortunately, a mind is a terrible thing to waste!
IMO Clients have never ever checked size. They want it when they need it. I've only been printing banners in-house since 08' We don't hem, we use banner tape. We bleed top & bottom sides get reinforce, unless client will be hanging them from a pole to pole, then we do all 4 sides. Or...
If you are presently wrapping, what are you using now? There's where you should start. I've been a Mutoh printer since 08' Wish I had a car port for wrapping. Good luck!

In October I decided to do private training. I do merch for several gyms. I go 3 times a week for an hour a session. And look forward to getting out of the gym. It's rough at 62. But in no time, I went from a 38 waist to 36. And because of the stretching program I can tie my laces without...
There is no point to educate clients these days. I also do t-shirts. I get canva files and get the client tells me "It looks great" On their cell phones. I tell them. Fortunately, I offer retouching services for a fee. But I already paid canva. SMH Education process has gone to &hit!
Not for nothing. We would not print this at all. It's your reputation at stake. I've turned down plenty of orders because of terrible files. Do you want someone to ask them where they got it printed? I must certainly don't. DON'T PRINT!
Too many over the years...But I love it when you appeal to those clients for better artwork, and they respond with. The other printer never had these problems. Makes you wonder, why they are not using these other printers...

We had an employee that was producing but not happy. I took him out for a drink, and it turned out to be love. : ) His relationship was souring and didn't seem to handle it well. Ever since he is much better at work and feels free to speak about it.
You should never accept cards over the phone. EVER! Unless it's a client you know well. Chargebacks area a lot easier if they are done over the phone. You have no prevention of protection. JMHO
I feel I should bring another issue to charge backs we have stopped long time ago. DO NOT take cards from a husband using wives card or vise versa. ID everyone to match. If it is not the same person with card, give back and ask for cash.
We had a chargeback of $877.60 from an order of $2150.00 An account after two months of doing their order told AMEX that we over charged by the amount stated. After three weeks of back and forth with AMEX, they still took back funds. AMEX just told me to take it to small claims. I no longer...
I haven't had a bounce check in a decade. But I never charged more. Just the fees the bank charges. Keep it a warm relationship and move forward.
