Honestly, this looks like stuff customers bring to me and ask us to "re-do" and make it look better. Start with different fonts for sure.

STOP USING 13 Oz Banner in retractable stands! You should only be using non curl, polypropylene or some other smooth, block out material. Less weight, usually OPAQUE, and has a nice print surface, and doesn't curl. I laugh every time I see a crappy banner stand with 13 oz Ultraflex in it...

Yes but actual Sintra is usually a much nicer substrate. Just costs more.

Well I'm at the end of my rope. Yesterday I had I believe 8 jams in a row...this is with the print job already going, fed to the take up roll. All tension looks great, running perfectly, and then in the middle of the run - BAM! something causes the media to buckle up and the carriage jams into...

We use it on lots of vehicles, if they are only keeping the vehicle a few years, which is pretty typical. If they are planning on never changing the graphics or keeping the trucks for 5 years or more, we use cast. Nothing wrong with it.

? Why would they have an issue setting your PC to never sleep? Why would you want a computer that RIPs and runs a printer to ever sleep/hibernate/shut down or anything? And more curious why you need an Admin to change this...it's a simple setting on all PC's.
