Lately I find I am using Gotham, Bebas Neue, Proxima Nova and Avenir a lot for san-serif, bold lettered stuff. For scripts, I have a slew of different ones...probably use AS Snapper and Great Vibes quite a bit.

Why poly if you laminate? I have printed a bunch of these for a guy, laminate with 210 Gloss and he says they hold up wonderfully. And yeah, $2-3 per board with laminate does not break the bank.
I 100% disagree with this. Not sure what banner material you use, but I don't have a single one that would not rip outside without hems in it. For indoor banners, sure, leave off the hems. But I would not call any modern banner material "rip-stop".
That's just it...magnetic sheet material is not strong enough to attach through the aluminum to the steel.
We simply tell people apply vinyl lettering or nothing.
Is it still possible to install Flexi design half on one PC and the Production Manager on another? I had a setup like this years ago and want to do it again. I just wasn't sure it was still possible now with the Cloud version. Any input appreciated. I know if it is possible, I'll have to...
What profile are you using? Reflective is a hard one to profile, because: A. it's reflective, and B. it's not really white. Best solution I have found (and I don't print a whole lot of reflective because of this) is to print out a complete Pantone swatch on it, using the best reflective profile...
