Has anyone got the New Fiat 500 vehicle outline?
I have looked everywhere for this even on their brochures with no luck.
I have graphiced a few of these for a dealership but it just doesn't look professional designing on photos.
Thanks

To be quite honest if I had to start all over again I wouldn't!!!!
But if I had to I wouldn't go out chasing every bit of work coming through the door.
When customers see you are a new company they automatically think "CHEAP!!!"
Set out to be the best and don't try and buy business.

We run a Mutoh Valuejet with Eco solvent inks (Eco = Economical not Ecolgical!).
I have used a JV33 and the prints were less scratch resistant than our machine.
The Valuejet is as fast if not faster than the JV33 and I couldn't live with a printer that is a plotter as we have both machines...
I thought it was the adhesive but no one would believe me!!
What adhesive is on the back of the convex material?
What is the product code for the 3M adhesive?
Thanks

I am looking for some product codes for 3M Moto-X Print Vinyl & Overlaminate.
All the local riders are using materials with 3M markings on the release liner and being fussy won't accept anything that doesn't have 3M.
I was going to use Convex but only 3M will do!
I have had a lot of trouble with...
This is definitley a problem with a more solvent ink being used.
Come on Mutoh admit it!?
More solvent smell = more solvents..!
I switched to Lyson inks on our VJ1604 and can't complain.
Lyson smells a little more and I am due a capping station anyway (just haven't found the time to fit).
I...
WOW
Yet another set of burnt on stripes that the customer wants removed for pocket change and will take nearly 2 days to remove!!
Then the customer will complain that the paint has faded or been damaged by you taking them off!!!!
Used a 3M wheel before and got good results but it still is...
When you move the head to the left can you see any marks on the print head?
I'm asking this as we has a bit of vinyl stuck to the head which stopped it printing.
First I would soak the head for a few hours then after that a few heavy cleans.
I know it is hard to say this as these machines only...
I have had a look in the service manual and it says check the connection to the controller board and main board.
But it could be a failure of either one of these two boards.
Sorry I can't be more helpful I am just reading it of the sercice manual.

I tried to add a plotter for contour cutting onto my system and wasatch wanted to much the same sort of money to either update a thing they already supply or to add tech support!
All wasatch wanted me to do in the end was update my programme!
I'm happy with it as it is and don't have the money...
I would leave the customer with some vinyl and get them to paint/clean the boat until the vinyl will stick to it.!
It seems a whole lotta fuss for something out of your control.
I would not give any guarantee for this job!
Obviously this customer is looking for a cheap cover up option and there...

It seems pointless having magnetics on a vehicle that he is never going to take off.
Talk him into normal graphics on the side
I tell all my customers of magnetics that they need to be taken of often, cleaned and to clean the panel they are fitted to.
I talk most of my magnetics out of...
Who in there right mind would print posters soooo slow.
I don't think our 1604 has ever been turned up to its maximum resolution yet.
2x3 should be spat out in minutes not hours. The customer will never know the difference.
Uni-directional means it is only printing on the outward stroke...
Nice work.
I have noticed one thing he doesn't do.... Vehicle Graphics....
When I go back and to see what he specialises in and by the time I get back to typing I've forgotten....lol
I had a gas fitter in here today with a similair amount of text he wanted on his van.
I think I'll show him this...
I constantly get people trying to get me to quote for large orders and try and get the same cost on a single item!
I would explain the original costing was all 3 units and the price would change if only one is order to be taken.
The easy answer to this is give them what they want.
Re-quote the...
I started in the early 80's working in a sign shop and I was in the engraving and routing part of the business.
We had a vast array of equipment and the boss was absolute nuts on keeping up with the latest technology. I was running 2 computerised engravers and a large cnc routing machine plus a...
