+1 to all above
you can't always go by the line on the vehicle, not always straight and i probably would have recommended cut vinyl then white background would stand out so much.
i have one customer that gets a heavy duty suspension so the van is on a pretty good angle till it's loaded so i...
i could do that but no sides, i can eat one of those rotisserie chickens from stop and shop in one sitting for dinner or lunch
(i know i can eat at least 6 pieces but i can't imagine the other two will be that hard)
if it's silk screened then they used silver for block out
you screen your backwards image, then white background, then silver, then another white and then your forward image
lot of setups and colors
i use the 3m gold squeegees and i put a piece of the soft velcro on the edge works fine for me. i don't do all that many wraps (actually not many at all) mostly lettering, graphics/logos and partial wraps but $20 for a squeegee seems a bit much
With out a pic hard to tell but some bubbles will come out after it is out in the sun for a couple of days, at least i have noticed that on some jobs i have done.
Did you install wet or dry?
i agree it does depend on the venue. generally i stick with the polo/golf shirt (usually with company name embroidered on it ) and dress slacks but if it's a regular customer and just giving a follow up visit to see how things are going and get some additional work could be jeans and t-shirt
