seriously since there is such a difference in the areas like has been said many times before, you have to charge what you need to get to make money.
as a general practice depending on the what it is we try to get 3 to 4 times material
if there is alot of labor then throw some more in. but what...
didn't know about this. what gerber are you back cutting on and do you mean you are doing your kiss cut of the label and then you are cutting through the liner for individual pieces?
it will work but just alot harder and be carefull not to stretch too much. the stuff i had a problem with the customer ordered on line and it was a matte vinyl and it ripped and wouldn't stretch around a curve ...bad news
jobs i did like that i used masking tape as my guide and i applied with appl-tape but i have heard pro's/con's for both. the only thing i would say is with the curves, scoops, fenders make sure you are using an air release vinyl/wrapping vinyl other wise it's going to suck!!! i have done it...

not sure how well the vinyl will hold up on fabric but what if yuo got a piece of banner material close to that color and then put vinyl on that or just print a banner and attach that. (silk screening is the best way to do it but just throwing out some back ups)
i am probably on there a little more than i need to be...haha
but the poker game is really good
haven't gotten around to putting the business on there yet
(has anyone's business increased because of facebook?)
would glass etch material work good enough. you can get the solvent printable, bubble free glass etch. print a background color for your tint (if the etch it self doesn't filter enough sun) and then also print your slogan.
then mount bubble free
could that be a firmware problem.

we use developement associates
