    i have this problem even if i don't laminate so it's not the out gassing and i don't know if it is an adhesive issue mostly the problem is before they even get out the door so iguess they will stick ok but what customer wants to buy decals from you if they are curling up when they pick them up...

    we did some 24 x 36 for a customer and no complaints yet but i don't think they are on the van fulltime (they where for the police for their stake out van so i know when i see them to stay out of that neighborhood..haha)

    i think this is the best way to aproach it but sometimes the turn around that the customers want does not allow we have laminated right out of the roland with full coverage and i have to say (knock wood) we have not had any problems

    maybe dumb but how do you know when it went through i typed in all my info and then i put in the donation amount and hit update donation and my info went blank but it still showed the money donation (don't really use the paypal thing so i just didn't want to get charged twice)

    N. Glantz has roll stock but when i have done that in the past you do have to by the entire width so you end up with the off cut also i think it was like 48" wide or some where around that (it's been a couple of years since i need a piece that big so maybe things changed)

    printing straight text, white ink on soljet xc-540 and it is bleeding or almost like it's printing a doulble image anyone have any tips might clear this up normally we just do white underlay on clear for window decals but the wierd thing is someone here ran this job once before and it came out...

    there is a company here in jersey we use ...paterson stamp they make all kinds of stencils (brass, mylar/polyester or cardboard) and stamps we have used them a few times and they do a good job
