If you remove the access cover on the back of the machine, you can manually rotate the pump gears until they "click" into the tube pinching position. Then you can fill the caps and park the head over there.

Suggest that they take this to a professional scanning service company if you cannot scan it at a high enough resolution. Most of them can scan in the frame even if the customer doesn't want to risk damaging the original photo. That'll get you some HIGH-RES imagery to reproduce for their wall...

I remember that too, it's been almost a year since I used it but had the same "issue". I always closed it when not in use and that got rid of the problem jobs.

I was thinking that you could possibly spray liquid lam after installation last time this was brought up. No one could find it then either, so I assume a product doesn't actually exist in a glossy finish.

It ended up being both the power board AND the main board. Our local tech had both used, so we saved a good deal against buying new parts!

We had a similar issue recently and it was that the seal on the capping station had finally worn out.

You will have at least an hour of cutting/trimming time, and your design / file prep time is also way too low. I can't figure out the materials portion of your sheet, but it looks like your materials markup/cost is way too low also...

Vander, Can you give me more specific information? I can't see any power supply fan like what you have in a regular computer. I see all of the wires coming in and going through the relays, then routing out to the different areas, but no power supply fan... My cell is 859-445-5092 if you can call!

We've done a couple of these so far. They look decent and should cost way less in maintenance than mercedes vehicles! As far as installation, they're about the same level of difficulty as a regular sprinter. Those Nissan NV250s are some ugly PITA's though!
