  1. Nozzle Wash problem

If you remove the access cover on the back of the machine, you can manually rotate the pump gears until they "click" into the tube pinching position. Then you can fill the caps and park the head over there.
  2. Need tips on enlarging an old photo

Suggest that they take this to a professional scanning service company if you cannot scan it at a high enough resolution. Most of them can scan in the frame even if the customer doesn't want to risk damaging the original photo. That'll get you some HIGH-RES imagery to reproduce for their wall...
  3. F-150 decal kit how it's made ?

Looks like a print from a Gerber Edge.

  5. They never cease to amaze me......................................

I looked at the pic first (before reading the post) and thought it was the bad photoshopping of a llama's head onto an ostrich's body that you were talking about!
  6. Hello From Ohio

Welcome from NKY! Where are you at in Ohio?
  7. Cutting Master 3 Question

I remember that too, it's been almost a year since I used it but had the same "issue". I always closed it when not in use and that got rid of the problem jobs.
  8. need to find 2 fonts I don't have the real name for

Looks like those images came from this website: http://www.richardsoncap.com/decoration/stock-team-letters oops, looks like you found that site. I'd try calling them and asking.
  9. glossy carbon fiber wrap material.

I was thinking that you could possibly spray liquid lam after installation last time this was brought up. No one could find it then either, so I assume a product doesn't actually exist in a glossy finish.
  10. Matching carved letters

  11. JV3-160SP DOA today....

It ended up being both the power board AND the main board. Our local tech had both used, so we saved a good deal against buying new parts!
  12. JV3-160SP Weird Head Issue

We had a similar issue recently and it was that the seal on the capping station had finally worn out.
  13. Input on Truck wrap

You will have at least an hour of cutting/trimming time, and your design / file prep time is also way too low. I can't figure out the materials portion of your sheet, but it looks like your materials markup/cost is way too low also...
  14. JV3-160SP DOA today....

WOW, thanks for the phone support! I unplugged the connector you mentioned and plugged in the machine and turned it on. I heard a faint buzzing but after leaving it on in that state for a few minutes I still haven't seen the power supply fan come on or any lights on the power supply. I turned...
  15. JV3-160SP DOA today....

Vander, Can you give me more specific information? I can't see any power supply fan like what you have in a regular computer. I see all of the wires coming in and going through the relays, then routing out to the different areas, but no power supply fan... My cell is 859-445-5092 if you can call!
  16. How do they do that??

We have the "output roll" here too on one of our setups. (the other just goes into a catch basket) The benefit is when you're printing entire 50yard rolls of material at once. You don't want it just going everywhere and getting bent/scratched/dusty/etc. So, you roll it up as it comes out onto...
  17. JV3-160SP DOA today....

When we got into the office this morning I pulled the roll of printed material off of the printer from last night and took it back to the post-production dept. I thought at that time that the boss had stopped by late in the evening and turned the printer off to save electricity. A bit later I...
  18. Get Ready... Sprinter NO MORE!

We've done a couple of these so far. They look decent and should cost way less in maintenance than mercedes vehicles! As far as installation, they're about the same level of difficulty as a regular sprinter. Those Nissan NV250s are some ugly PITA's though!
  19. "No Guns Allowed" logo design challenge

They deleted my comment before it ever went live... It was the same thing I posted above.
  20. "No Guns Allowed" logo design challenge

Here is my entry. It is based off of common recognizable characters for everyone, so it should be the perfect self-explanatory sign for places like this! IIRC, Kentucky has actually banned these signs.
