No this is with Flexi. And I finally found it...it is buried in the Driver Options for cutting in the Job Properties. I don't even know how that got clicked on, as I have never set that before. So yes. Ghost.

THIS would have been better than throwing away a customer. Good grief.

Our SC-545 is suddenly cutting the material off after printing, and I have all job properties and default settings set to NOT cut. What am I missing? There's no settings on the printer so I am stumped.

That's kind of where I was heading with my questions....I know several of my profiles are pretty tight too, yet sometimes I have prints that just look "off". Once viewed in another light source, it all changes.

And you notice this with all profiles for all different media? What kind of lighting is this seen in? Is this after lamination as well, on final product, outside?

Never really noticed an issue like that, but if you can, I imagine slowly decreasing your Magenta ink limit by a notch or 2 will help. Does a pure magenta print come out TOO wet?

Need to print a job for another shop and they sent a regular FS file, but I can't open it. It shows in the preview but when I open it it's just blank. Is there that big a difference that Cloud files won't open in 10.5?

The question made no sense...that's what everyone is pointing out. You don't cut out posters with a plotter. A plotter cuts letters, shapes, etc out of vinyl, sandblast, etc. I thought this site was for people in the sign profession, which you seem to not be, according to your posts.

Yeah I stop at the cladding. I've done quite a few Chevy Avalanches too with this plastic, and tried to heat treat and use 3M primer. It stuck ok but eventually failed. After that, I learned to not wrap those parts. Really cuts a lot of the design space off on those trucks, but oh well. They...
