If the width is that same, I assume you could re-wind one onto another cartridge, not sure if the material is exactly the same or if you could get it to wind straight enough... I've had to cut off my foils and reattach them to the spindles on the FX foils if it is pulling too much to one...

Just use air-release vinyl if you think there is a chance that it wont work. For the couple more pennies/ft of material, I use it for 99% of all printed projects anymore. The much less errors & faster install time make your money back quick...

It is just "Reverse Wound", most catalogs/suppliers will tell you that when ordering. I've never had a problem with which way a roll was wound, have had standard vinyl that way & a lot of the time banner material is reverse wound to protect the print surface.

Thankfully, on this sign the bottom area was separate from the top area (white line running horizontally). A little design tweak that saved a PITA install. This was 48" wide vinyl material. I overlapped about 1/16" on the colors; thankfully they had 3 of these large signs, 6 trucks and 4 or so...

I have the cheapo chinese knock off (blue/light blue & gray colored) & it really sucks, ruins material entirely at random. Hopefully our funds are finally here for the Seal I've been wanting for a while. Buy the better one the first time.
