  15. Overseas Vendors for Fabricated Backlit Letters

not to braaaag, but i'm currently making 4" tall letters, with 1" thick acrylic, aluminum face'd, edge-lit with .375" stroke. fun stuff. however, most LED's have a ~.25" wide "footprint", so for a 1/2" wide letter that has what... a 1/8" stroke? depending on the remaining spec's, I'd be...
  16. Interior vs Exterior Window Perf

i can see images / silhouettes of people in the "dirty spots". that's most likely the printed image on the perforated material ghosting-through, as result of the monster light source behind it. The physics behind one-way vision materials is pretty straight-forward: it reflects glare from the...

i treat it like two seperate faces to wrap, and overlap on that 1" return top-over-bottom. if you're really picky about the corners, you can then wrap the 1" return with a .875" stripe as a band around the whole thing to finish.
  20. Onyx resizing files

onyx will automatically resize if you import a file, or scale it up, greater than your media size. my workaround is to go to the tiling menu first to enable tiling, and THEN scale-up/rotate your image
