In the meantime get yourself some Eco-Print from Imprintables Warehouse. It's all we've ever used and had no issues.
Think creatively guys. Find your local hydraulic shop and ask to see their o-ring selection. Find a supplier of gasket material. Go to Walmart and look at kids toys. Google rubber roller manufacturers. They will have various durometers from which to choose.

We no longer use application fluid. 99% of our materials are air release.(makes life so much easier) If they aren't air release we just take our time. Final cleaning before install is an IPA/water mix. YMMV

Our "IT" guy is a retired IBM engineer and it's what he installs.

Dial the blade back into the holder. My blade is out 0.015" give or take a shade.(cutting 8mils) Only needs to get through the material and not drag the holder.
