You could try using the olfa circle cutter from the back of the magnet (put the magnet graphic side down on your workbench) and that might limit the pinhole issue.
We regularly get 6x24" .040 Aluminum blanks that we just take down to the local metal recycler for a few bucks. Is anyone interested in buying these from us? We might have 50-100 a month.
Shipping on these will be around $25-$35 per 100pcs depending on where you are in the lower 48.
Let me...
There is one more way....

Door hangers and business card magnets from someone like 4over + a glue dot will keep you well under $.38....but you would need to put them together :-)
If you have kids, maybe you can have them put them all...
InDesign is how we would handle something like that.
There's alot of helpful videos on YouTube that will take you through the process. If you still can't get it PM me and I should be able to walk you through it. Have not done it in a while, but we have done it alot...
We have cut hundreds (Probably Thousands) of sheets of magnetic with rotary trimmers. The rotatrims are great, but there are other brands too.
I agree that it can be scored, then snapped clean, but that is one small extra step. If we can cut all the way through with one motion, that saves time...

You can use something like this: http://amzn.to/1Ww8df6
Here's something we built to help us sheet magnetic:

We're working on a roller top, but don't have that yet.
As far as a beta tester yes we would like some help with that. Not sure how we're going to work it out though. What if you did a video review on it and posted it to youtube? We could give you a $50 credit on your next signpipe purchase...
You really can waste alot of time and talent by trying to sell the drop somehow; however, I have a few ideas...
Why not hitch your wagon to a local non-profit or three and run their logo or something they need in the blank space. You could even put a little "Donated By:" on there and use it to...

Hard to beat it for a half a dozen magnets or so.
Be careful when using the bolt cutters, the ends get awfully sharp. We stopped doing it that way a long time ago because of that. I accidentally stabbed myself and thought "If this happens to a customer..."
We used a chop saw jig and cut the while box in half. Also I have heard of people using...
Really anything can be done. It's just a system of connectors and pipe, so adding the extra shelves is easy, whether we design it or you do. The pipe can just be cut with a pipe cutter and we'll sell it in 8' lengths shipped FedEx ground!
Yes they can be made more heavy duty. There is a thicker...
That's a great idea. The system is modular, so that's really just a matter of adding some more connectors and pipe, but we can figure out what that would take and kit it (ready to assemble) as well.
This is awesome! Thank you all for the feedback. YES. We will sell the individual parts, 8ft lengths of pipe, and precut pipe for you to keep a supply of in your shop. The great things about the pipe is that it can be cut with a pipe cutter. That means no saws to plug in and NO DUST. When I...
Thnk for the feedback so far! The sign pipe is pretty strong. It's lightweight too. The tables would support a couple hundred pounds pretty easily. Not good for engine blocks, but a sheet of mdf or a roll of banner material wouldn't stress it at all.
The system is modular and the parts will...
Hi Guys! We're working on distributing a product called SignPipe. It's a modular system of plastic coated steel pipes and metal connectors. It all goes together with a 6mm Allen Wrench.
I realize this is a little bit of a solicitation, but what we really need is some feedback so that's why we...
