yes it opens there and I see all the copy and the photograph. In Flexi the pic is missing but all the copy is present.

There is a way to tighten the take up wheel, not sure I can remember how to do it, check the manual. What a bummer. I caught mine doing that on banner material last week, but in my case the roll was getting to heavy for the motor to turn.
