    I don't like PVC for signs like that. Use 3mm ACM , cost isn't much different.

    Coro is not going to last. If you are in the business you should put the best sign out there you can. A laminated print on new ACM, or use the existing and flip as was suggested is the minimum.

    If they give you the original file, print a patch, otherwise anything more than a clear patch is a waste of time, just redo the whole sign.

    Cut vinyl can still be the best solution for a lot of applications. When printed/laminated graphics have the same life expectancy as cut vinyl it will change.

    Another one of those that looks like it's hand done, but it is in vinyl, so it's probably one of the fire truck manufacturers proprietary fonts....and they didn't even use the same one for both.... in any case can anyone get me close to either of these? Thanks

    Wouldn't it be limited by the space in the track? I also have always used the same material as the face bonded with the appropriate adhesive
