    This is an old thread, you may want to start a new one and give more details, like Edge version and type of foul but in the meantime ...have you tried other foils, other brands? If it happens with all foils it sounds like you have a real problem that will require a call to tech support.

    There are nice commercial set ups available we we also use PVC. We also will use caps to dress it up, even paint the ends. With PVC you can use couplings to break down the pipe into shippable lengths.

    Those floors are usually designed to hold cars driving on them, don't know why they couldn't handle a lift. But the underlayment is a good idea, we've used on outside pavers with bucket trucks. Also using regular scaffolding would work. Install cost is more that the lettering, but that's the way...

    Hanging signs should be heavy enough that the wind doesn't blow them around too easily. Which also means they need to be solid with heavy fasteners. For now the wall mount is your best option

    I think 1/4" would be sufficient. The big issue is the brackets and how well they are fastened to the poles. I have seen square pole brackets a few times so they may be available off the shelf.

    You were on the right track Fred. A fresh file with the same gradient prints fine. The file went bad....I haven't had that happen in a long long time.

    Yes, it fine. I think I will try creating a fresh one and see if it happens. I managed to get the job done by putting a blank box under it to shift it up so the streak was in the solid black part.
