  1. Hardest Vehicle Wrap

No lam needed w/ the Avery.
  2. AVERY! You all warned me!

looks like heavy mottling, I'd bark back at Fellers and/or try going to a different source in Avery. Did you reach out to Linda there?

    Looks solid
  4. IJ180C vs IJ180Cv3

I like the plain C to install over the Cv3, but I don't get that choice that often. Biggest visual beef is you can see the air egress in the plain C. If that's of no concern, I'd skip the Cv3.

The Avery and Oracal matte blacks are both nice. I use more of the Avery though, just my preference, not law. Oracal 970RA or the Avery Supreme Wrapping Film

I prefer the last one. I'd probably make the blue diagonal field carrying your name taller so that the line on top of it terminated at the headlight so there was no matching needed on the bumpers.
  11. First full wrap

Nice job OP. I make no claims to return the emblems personally. Half the time they break when I pull them.
  12. Calling all WRAPPERS.............

The installer's lazy that's all. It is very common for Pepsi, Coke, Bud, Coors... to have a single set of graphics that work on a varied array of trailers. On full coverage prints you simply omit the first and last or first two and last two panels or however it's spec'd. Measure your panel...
  13. Man hours for wraps? Mini Vans, Pickups, Cargos

When I was only an installer I was worlds faster. My hands only see 60-70 wraps a year with 99% of those on weekends so I have all week of my regular work fall out of touch with hanging graphics for a living. If all you do is install it would certainly bring the timing down. I'm sure like a...
  14. Man hours for wraps? Mini Vans, Pickups, Cargos

I'm so slow. I'm roughly 7-8hrs which would include cleaning and disassembly/assembly.
  15. Best primer??

Fellers used to carry another brand of primer.

Jase and Si :Big Laugh:Big Laugh
