I like the plain C to install over the Cv3, but I don't get that choice that often. Biggest visual beef is you can see the air egress in the plain C. If that's of no concern, I'd skip the Cv3.
The Avery and Oracal matte blacks are both nice. I use more of the Avery though, just my preference, not law.

I prefer the last one. I'd probably make the blue diagonal field carrying your name taller so that the line on top of it terminated at the headlight so there was no matching needed on the bumpers.
