I've seen wrap outfits just slap calendered air egress stuff right over old vinyl instead of moving to a banner/channel system. Protocal called out for a 5th layer removal, but I don't think they actually got that far w/ the advertising program.
X and Y axis lead screws is a costly repair. I know because we just went down that road w/ our gerber vendor. 3 passes on 1/2" sounds excessive w/out knowing the material in question.
I find UF stuff decent but not anything I'd benchmark for quality. We use a fair amount of Bruin media, not sure where in Taiwan this stuff is made or if there is an equivalent that's branded elsewhere, but it's nice stuff if there's $$ in the job for it...
This is my third business debit card that I've had reissued in three years. Not sure where the card info was swiped but I've had all kinds of fraudulent charges pop up and the card number + corresponding info flat out stolen w/out losing my physical card. I don't know if that equates to me...
I think you guys are missing the mark. I've never liked those abrasion wheels for removals. Key has always been the key to fast removals for me.
A weed burner, propane tank, mineral spirits and denatured alcohol are all you need.
Any glue that doesn't come off you wipe down w/ the spirits...
