We do them often using free online generators that save them for you as a pdf, ready to use in illy. The problem is knowing which type of bar code you need, there are many. Typically the amount of numbers is a good start to determining this, then there are other factors as well.
We are running continuous banners on our XJ-740. They are grouped in 5's then the next group of 5 will start without hesitation but it has lost some of the black (printing grey). The test print shows half of the black printing, then I run a cleaning and it will come back and print again great...
We have a customer with a curved front bar that has coro with the flutes going the 8' direction, They wanted it replaced identical and it will bend pretty far that direction as well. Depending on how much curve of course.
We use Cooler Graphics for our printed koozies and there is an option for unimprinted on there. Haven't bought blanks in a while but that's where I would start.
With any transparency effects or blurs in files, we save as EPS and then in the save menu change the resolution to "High Resolution" and Language Level to 3. I don't know why this works but it has solved lots of problems with effects for us over the years. I am pretty sure I got that...

Does anyone have a supplier for stock 3'x8' white pan faces in California? I see them available plenty of places but not here. I have a customer that just really wants them instead of flat acrylic. Any help would be appreciated!!
I agree the 2x12 would be a pain to transport but we don't do that, and we already had it in our shop from something else when we needed it. Definitely for any on site jobs in the future we will be looking at the Werner extension!
We route 2 recesses 3" x 2" in the back of the panels and screw alligator picture hangers into them. Have never had one fall. The boards then sit flush with the wall creating a nice look.
We use french cleats cut out of MDF on gatorboard often and use a high temp glue gun and specific glue for...
