I have to paint panels onto Probond (Aluminium composite) panels and wondering if I should use oil base or acrylic and do I need to use a primer. These are large 3meter panels and will have 2.7 meters painted.
I've never really had the need to paint them before except for a few small ones (half...
Is this like the one you want http://shorinternational.com/BenchShears.php
or for a bigger cheaper sheer

I bought a 4ft sheet metal sheer and cut everything from aluminium,
signwhite, coreflute, probond, etc on it...
Algerian and the 20 other names for it on the net.
Curlz loopy hairdressers seem to like it, says it all really.
Cooper looks like what kids drew at school when bored.
I take the protective covering off right before I apply vinyl to it and never have trouble with bubbles, so the only thing I can think of is nicks in the squeegee or bad technique. If the bubbles are small, chuck the panels out in the sun and they will disappear.
Its hard to give an accurate...
I have done deep recessed windows (last ones were 5" deep) and just measured to make sure the windows were square and precut the vinyl to size. Use plenty of app fluid so you can slide it around and felt squeegee down starting from the top. Found that an extra set of hands were handy as the wet...
Good outcome.:thumb:
BobbyH links explain copyright in pretty plain English ... The Graphic Artists Guild has a free whitepaper on Copyright Myths that is free to download and worth a read... https://www.graphicartistsguild.org/resources/copyright-myths/
Pretty much says what Techman is saying.
I usually just right click on file and go to "open with" and select whatever program to open it ie corel, illus, etc but I just tried a dxf file and didn't work in IllyCS4 or CorelX3 yet opens fine in VMP, so if the others can't do it for you I might be able to.
I use a electric hand saw with a 100t carbide blade made for cutting aluminum and straight edge.
I've used it on 3mm sheet aluminum, 4mm probond, etc and cuts it beautifully.
That is the old version that has to have a dongle plugged into your computer for it to work, it's no longer supported by Future corp(VMP)
The new version price is listed on that web site I posted and is worth every cent, I tried a few other programs and they were just a waste of time and money.
Is it the new version or old?
1. Old version had a dongle, won't work without it.
2. Trial version of the newer program will let you design but not cut.
3. New version has to be registered online.
When you open VMP and the gateway screen comes up, go down to tech support then click on contact...
I live in the windiest part of our state and when I erected a 20' x 10' kit tool shed (we call them blow away sheds, if they aren't secured properly...they blow away), I use Tapcons to secure it to the concrete slab 5 years ago. Pretty sure they will hold a crappy little sign box on a wall. Half...
Might be just me but..why the "since 1986" date, must be an American thing as I've noticed a few signs on here with it. I have never been asked to put that on a sign & who really cares when they started. Why not put Bob Doherty Plumbing.
Just my opinion...right or wrong
