The prismatic lettering is done with ProfileLab on the router table but I think we're going to shift over to Aspire 3D. I have both but my router guy says some thing are simpler to do with ProfileLab and other things are easier with Aspire. So I'll may just keep using both.
Made two new Chamber of Commerce signs and installed over the weekend. One for their side wall and the other front and center.
The Homuths signs are done but they are picking them up today and doing the install themselves. I hope to get a few photos once they're installed with the post and...
Nice Z! You build signs the same way I like to. Boy I would love to sit down and swap tricks with you:) I'm always developing new ways to construct dimensional signs. That's the best part for me.
great looking sign there and bid improvement!
I have done that but the results are still crap. I actually get better results by breaking every letter apart and the positioning. when using the shape tool you can move the letters, but most have to be rotated to make them appear at the right angel on your arc. I've found no other way to get...

I just yell out to everyone what I want done. I sit them down, show them the file, explain what should be done. They write stuff down and do what I ask. They seldom make mistakes. I juggle so much stuff in such a random order that no system would work for me since 90% of what's going on is in my...
I didn't purchase them, but my partner said he bought them at Home Depot and they aren't the cheap ones. I guess the more you spend, the better they are!
Reminds me fondly of my first time going up in a hot air balloon. We got up to 6,500' and I jumped out. Eerily silent on exit and amazing looking back up at the balloon pilot as the balloon disappeared in a matter of seconds :)
Thanks everyone. I had no idea my balls would be so impressive to everyone, But after nearly sixty years going strong, my knees are starting to feel the effects of them swinging side to side.
Seriously, I'm satisfied with this project. I did it for my best friend and business partner who...
