Could be any number of issues. If it's starting out fine and then dropping out as you get further in, probably a starvation issue, most likely the sub tank isn't filling quickly enough.

There are several options out there for digital storefronts, but they're not cheap. A web developer could probably custom make one for you, but that's beaucoup money too.

You could also try masking wood blanks yourself and taking it to a local place to be sandblasted. Could probably get what you wanted a LOT cheaper.
