Fish eyes are usually caused by temperature. Either too hot or not hot enough.
As far as the banding what does you test print (nozzle check) look like?
If good switch to unidirectional and see if it goes away.
If it does machine may need a service tech to re-register the bi directional.
The only other issue I can think of is you are getting air in the magenta ink line. Replace O-rings. With ink valve closed pull on magenta ink line with a syringe. You should not be able to pull it with out it going back.
