Execute the Install again, there is a button that says something like Omega Extras, you should find the Explorer extension there, install.
It's not part of the standard install because it's an unsupported feature as with most of the extras.
You will always have to create a spool file to start with. Starting in Omega 4.0 from GQMgr you can select File Open w/ Foil Adjust and it will bring up the magic dialog.
RegFixer is in the misc folder on the Omega 3.0 CD.

If possible could you create a spool file (under the File menu in GspPlot) and email me the file. Make sure you select both print and cut data to be placed in the spool file. I want to look at the print / cut data.
You could also use the "Send File" option...
In Print Options (F11)/Targets there is an option for “Graphtec Type 2” targets in the target type box. Is this what you are using for target options. You shouldn’t have to create his own.

Thats what I thought but when I started looking at Futura the number 5 just does not match. The angle on the left side of the Futura family match top to bottom. On this 5 the top looks verticle and the tail has the angle. The 4 is a dead ringer.
It's was done for my brother in NH (really his wife ordered it) She says it was done by someone in PA but we were all half tipsy at the time. Nothing signed on the front face and I was not about to take it down.
