Not sure how you have your FX TCP/IP address setup. From the GspTray (Install Vinyl printer) if you select the network tab and select find does it find your FX? If not then check the settings on the FX. I'm doing this from memory as I have not played with 2.1 in soooooo long.

With Omega 3.0 at the end of the install it ask you if you want to install PERU (Problem Enhancement Report Utility). You should install this as it MIGHT help report some of these problems. When Composer crashes and gives you an error message if PERU is installed it is scheduled and gathers...

If you are trying to "drive" it from Gerber software there is no driver. The device is an HPGL type device and we send standard HPGL commands. We do not offer a driver for other applications to drive it.

On the Omega DVD there is a "Whats new for 3.0" folder in that folder there should be a videoon soft shadow. The 3.0 videos are also on the 4.0 DVD

Use the knife but the cutter has to be in swivel (drag) mode also. Just want to make sure.

Make sure the cutter is in "drag knife" mode and your knife should have a shoe. The tip of the knife should just be beyond the shoe.

FYI - the "mismatch" message is caused by a foil/vinyl combo not having valid firing info. Firing info is the heat, pressure, etc to print the given foil on the given vinyl. In your design if the given foil color you selects does not have a qualified Gerber "firing" setting you will get the...

The M3000 has a 3,5 and 6 mm collet, no english sizes. The M3000 Turbo does and can handle .24" collet. The M3000 router is NOT powerful enough to handle a lager size, thus the M Turbo.
