What dpi are you printing and have you performed a printhead alignment? What does a print look like if printed at 720x720 or 720x1400 and what program are you using for your prints?
If you have versaworks, do a quick test print and see if there are any lines..
No.. they are a different size for a reason. each pass creates a slight vacuum that replenishes your inks
when the head stops firing. dual channel heads can use small dampers but it is recommended to use large.
If you are throwing solid colors, big dampers are better
I'm not sure you understand what roll the pinch rollers play..Maximum width is determined by the
placement of your pinch rollers and the position you place your media on the machine.
Test prints look fine..Are the prints visually showing the misalignment or only under the scope of magnifying lense?? Do a print at 720x720 and then one at 1400x1400 and see if there is a difference in the alignment on edges?
