Why is it, that guys with printers and computer systems that are way over the top, have to call a service technician???
I run every OS but still use XP where i can because it is the most stable system around..
Airleaks cause bubbles, but when a printer is disturbed or transported, the inks run back to the cartridges.. 100 mills of ink between the cartridge and the heads on a 540. make sure you suck at least that much on each line.. best to remove the dampers and suck the ink to them with a syringe...
Remove the cover in front of the pump and suck some ink through the capping station with with a syringe. Make sure your dampers are full and no air in the lines..God hates printers too, cos he has never worked them.
Presuming you have a frame, just use anchor bolts directly into the brickwork. Fit the rear panel of the sign after mounting, so no fasteners are visible.

Don't touch anything out of Indonesia..you will kiss your money goodbye
If you want to go with a standard print, stick it straight onto 0.5mm PET film or mylar, and then use double sided optical vision laminate to mount on the glass.. Use whatever you like in the way of silicon to glue and seal it to the wall.
Take a photo of the splashback and where you are trying to install it, would really help out if you want help
from the community... we are all sitting here trying to picture what you are doing..
