If this is like the ones we've dealt with in the past. Those white side panels are just screwed on for esthetics to hide everything. And there are plastic clips holding the face in place. The actual frame itself is all welded together.
It's not plain banner, usually it's Cooley-Brite or a...
Mostly Grimco and ND here. ND has a location in Vancouver so I would check that out. Grimco has a location in BC close by as well.
ND I find is a bit more expensive for most things but they seem to have a better selection.
You're looking at page 2 in acrobat, did you open page 2? Might want to check the layers.
Go to file>place, place the document then click on it and hit embed on the top menu bar.
I don't think this is something that can actually happen lol, but I may be wrong.
You don't have a laminator? When I have to laminate small pieces, I just start a couple inches by hand and run it through the laminator. Much less waste.
This is a common issue with the Colorprint Easy on latex. It worked fine for ages and all of a sudden we had this happening too. Our supplier says they talked to Siser and they said it's not meant for latex but can work (sometimes). We've stopped using it since.
I've used sheets a few times, loose and attached to a roll of something else. Attaching it first makes it a smoother process as it's not that different from a normal roll.
We do most digital printing in house. When we do need to send it out, we use 4Over mostly. We used to use Sina a LOT, but their quality and customer support issues, especially on large orders, lost our business.
I had the same problem on our 140. Not sure what the fix is since I didn't have time to mess with it for the job so I ended up using a different material. Have you tried slowing it down drastically? I find on thinner materials or ones subject to slipping, when it feeds the material back and...
I've had a couple vans and SUVs like this. Put knifeless tape up there first. Sealing it isn't very hard, you'll just be a little cramped. I find it helps to have as little excess material as possible up there. I either kinda fold it back and away from the spoiler as I move closer to it or cut...
Grimco in Canada just changed to a new website with basically nothing on it. So everyone has to phone in their orders, you're on hold for 20-60 minutes. On top of that I just waited over a month for a 10 yard roll of vinyl.
Yup, Ultraflex banners are a nightmare on the HP. I had to clean a roll every time we printed it with alcohol to get that to go away. We stopped using them.
We had to print it at about 170 @ 12 pass with interpass delay just to get it to print alright.
