I would NEVER EVER supply my CC to yousendit...sendspace...any of those online companies. If you have a website, ask your service provider to set up an FTP site for you. That can be set up to send files thru your site via a browser or FTP software. This way you're not paying double for your...
We have had numerous packages go astray with both UPS and Fedex....Mostly UPS though. Of course theyre the time sensitive ones that get screwed up. Thats the toughest part of it....what do you do when the package arrives and the client like SP has is gone or event is over. I have a disclaimer...
Nah...Pat your order is on its merry way!! Should be at your client's on Monday.
We were shipping no more than 2 hours from here and UPS cant get that right.
Once again, its that time of year and UPS is screwing the pooch for us. Sent out multiple packages tuesday and wednesday now. 2 are showing no scans. One is lost in a black hole at a sorting center. This is nuts. Have pissed off clients because of UPS' lack of giving a rats *** basically...
In this case....call SW and speak to the tech you get on the phone. Be sure EVERYTHING you went thru is well documented with them first. Then speak to the Service manager there. The people on the phone cant do a heck of a lot to make things happen beyond walking you thru tech setups im sure...

I was originally thinking of going and doing a booth there...but decided against it after the storm. I have a few vendors who will have booths there and will make a morning trip of it with my daughter. She has a fun time walking around at least....tires her out and its time spent with daddy...
Zapping the P-Ram may help also. CMD-OPT-P-R on boot...let it chime 2 or 3 times. If you are running Lion...def try the utilities there. My personal fav utility application is Techtool pro...find its a bit better than Alsoft.
Final addendum to this whole thing:
I cannot fault individual people on this. Everyone I spoke to on the phone...whether tech support, sales or tech managers were very understanding and apologetic for the situation that I was put in with my printer. Mike is right in that pic, I think in order...
We are up and running!!!! Printing a roll of backlit as we speak.....
So...long and short of this week's experience with HP and "lack of logistics":
They dont stock enough spare parts to keep printers up and running basically. I have heard from numerous sources that they just dont keep stuff...
