keep an air hose close by or a can of air and blow them off just before laminating. it's tough to get 100% of the particles but that does a pretty good job.

i have had similar things happen and you learn the hard way that you have to check your material when it comes in. especially the rigid materials.

pretty sure stouse can do that but if not try to find a die cutter. then just get them printed and bring them to the die cutter to cut. we get a lot of jobs like that. customer gets some special printing done that we can't do and we just make the die and cut the job for them. we could do that...

most of our jobs use such a small amount of ink per cart. that it rarely affects the price to the degree of us not getting an order. sometimes on large run orders where we use multiple cart.s it makes a difference but not too much.

we used the lyson inks they offered about 5 years ago and we had to replace 2 capping stations while using them for a couple of months. I know capping stations go bad and are consumables but we have never had to replace them any other time. as far as the colors they printed ok, no real issue...
