I wouldn't go that far. I use it occasionally to remove old gild from wood award plaques that I have to update - gold and all. I've even used it to remove dried One-Shot in a pinch.. anything that can dissolve petroleum products probably shouldn't be inhaled.
This is true. The only thing I had to go on was instinct and one of those "Sign Pricing Guides" that you had to order... which was worthless depending where you were located in the market.

Uh, unless you have a molding or forming machine, you won't make those by hand. We order ours through Gemini here, don't know what's available in Europe.

Yep, you can't sandblast pvc and expect decent results. Routing is the only way to go. That said, as Jean mentioned, quality latex paints will work. I typically paint all my stuff with automotive grade urethanes, including pvc.

Depending on what computer and OS you're using, simply locate the C drive (most common), open it, locate the Windows folder (if using Windows), open that, then locate the "Fonts" folder. Open that folder, find your unwanted fonts, select and delete.
I use old towels cut to shape and stacked. Right now I have a piece of scrap felt from a job in there. You can use anything as long as it's absorbent, even women's maxi pads if you're so inclined. At some point I will look into just having it drip into a container and eliminate the catch tray...
