hmmm...Not sure that's entirely true. our sp300v works great with all the updates and we have it set to only update profiles that use our same printer and ink type and for whatever reason we still get profile updates....

Even a slitter cut is sometimes not 100% accurate....I'd just unroll it and cut it by hand or plotter.

Hey guys, this request comes up a LOT lately. And usually if we don't have it hand templated already, we just turn it away since it's not worth the hourly rate to hand template a new device out for some kid's toy. Where is everyone getting their handheld device templates for custom vinyl...

We've had that problem but the computer and the hard drives were going to sleep during printing. We set windows to not ever allow the hard drives to sleep and haven't had problems since.

Lets see a photo of test print... Could it be ink starvation? It looks like a fairly dark color...have you tried slowing head speed down at all?

Just on a hunch....is the vinyl that's bunching up Matte Finish? I've had matte finish ora do it before, and not ever gloss for some reason Did you replace BOTH rubber pinch rollers or just one? Usually they suggest both

I don't know of one shop in or/wa that would load their printer up and bring it down to the tech - and even then our local shop will pick it up (I'm fairly sure)...after going through all that trouble I'd hope you would provide a free diagnosis check hahaha

Our tech here charges $0.50 a mile, $120 an hour and can bust out a head cable on an sp300 in one and a half hours I believe. Half hour minimum.
