The solution to the problem when the print head screws come out with aluminum around the threads is to replace the screws with new screws. I did not think the threads were damaged and I was right new screws when right in with no problem. Jim

I guess no one had a similar problem. I do not believe the screws pulled the threads out. I have new screws being shipped to me and I will see what happens when I install them. Strange part is the printer is working perfectly and the screw is not in it. Jim

Problem solved. This weekend I was changing a few things and somehow the ink type setting went back the original setting. I went into Service Mode and simply changed it back to the right settings. Thanks Jim
