Any body having success with the pantone colour system. My first attempt not right
Vs540 lmlc mw looks like it has accepted the eps info and the spot colour but printed results not close enough.
Should the sign and display part be used or set to something else?
Thanks
make sure the vinyl is 100% square and that the roll carrier is square, also found that if the pinch roller is too close to the edge it will try and bunch up as you call it.
Wrapping a whole panel like the door would be easy. When you want to finish in mid panel has to be designed in.
Printing on to white and cut to a printed edge will often leave a white edge if viewed at a angle. Try ing to print the paint colour is harder than you think. To fade the design in...
Where do you think it will be cut on the wings. It could spoil the whole effect. I print white and think you will struggle against the black background.
Normally expect that type of design to be part of a wrap. If to be print and cut then needs hard colour edges then could be printed to...

Try never to cut through print on cling a small clear area...

have you had a head strike or the head separate that's the most common result.
re alignment is a careful fiddly job and the head...

if having to buy new may hold out for a zund.
hi and welcome from the UK
i have a sc540 see if you can load some pics.
all the colours are aligned to the black head which should be the first head.
alignment is made through mechanical adjustments by printing several alignment patterns then adjusting the head position finished of with...

i can't work out how old mine is between 12 15 years after it was 2 year old i got so desperate with the printing i, pulled my card out of my pocket and bought a epson.
since then the graphtec has only cut vinyl.
3 cutting strips, new ebay blade every 6 months and a...
yes that's how to do it as we do. can't remember but one of the "F" buttons will over ride the roller finding bit.
the reason is because the little silver bar on top of the pinch roller is used to find the roller. but it sees the material instead, causing upset.
latter graphtecs find the...
