Kerning needs some TLC. I'd put the icon on the other side. The tagline has the dreaded "and more"...do they also have a merry go round, ice cream, and ponies? :) I hate how it has "Taxes" twice as well but you may be stuck with that. I think, if it was my job, and the client expected a cheap quick fix, I would indeed paint the trailer. I'd use Ronan Speednamel and a regular paint roller on a telescoping handle. I'd clean the truck with a pressure washer and let it dry, then paint the entire background neatly as I could...

I agree with Marlene, nothing about anything you did says cutting edge electronics to me. The first one looked kinda resort-ish the second looks daycare-ish.
