I had a contour cut issue a while ago with my 540. Prints looked great but were skewed 10mm or more over a short distance which messed up contour cuts. If I recall correctly replacing the encoder board solved the issue.

Going to attach a 20"x48" 3mm ACM panel to a dump trailer. Uprights on trailer span 42". I can rivet and Lexel to the uprights easy enough. Rivets are 3/16" stock car rivets, 5/8" head.

Decades ago I helped out a sign painter and he did the same thing. Only he used small soup cans in his kit. Left them open to the air. Always thought it a bit odd, but it worked.
I use Arlon 6000XRP with 3220 laminate. 54" kit is just over $900. There is no 60" kit so you need to buy vinyl and laminate separately which comes to $1250.
Check with your local HVAC company. Many will have a super accurate VOC monitoring device. I'm sure they'd come out for an hourly fee. Note: their monitor will be absolutely accurate as they require a yearly subscription and certification.
