With the Adobe PDF Print Engine on two different RIPs I am seeing where one cannot change the spot colors. Just now with the ColorGate 7 RIP and APPE chosen, and LAB values read in (Spot 268c in this instance) I was not getting a match at all. Just a paler blue. As soon as I changed to using the...
The L25500 can print two sided, but you have to manually register the sides. With the L26500 you can print a registration mark that the sensor with read to register the front and back.
For the material in question you probably are putting down too much ink resulting in coalescing of the ink which makes this show up.
When you setup the color management for this material what was your ink limits and what replacement points did you set for the the light inks?

Updated two 10.8.1 Macs today with Client 4.5.7. The 4.5.7 client will not run on either machine. But from a backup partition the 4.5.6 runs fine on 10.8.1. Seems like a bug with the 4.5.7 Mac Client.
Anybody else able to run the 4.5.7 client?
Windows client on server machine runs fine.

What welder are you using?

Same problem here with the latest UltraFlex Pole Banner Pro roll I received. There are sending a replacement roll. Hope it is like the sample they original sent me and not the junk I got the last time.
Not sure what is going on with Ultraflex. I got a bad roll of Pole Banner Pro last week. Ink coalescing all over the place. Couldn't get anything like a decent print on it. Nothing like the previous roll I had.
