Can you post a pic of the test print? I'd pop the top and take a look at the ink lines. Did you clamp off the line when you switched the damper and forget to unclamp it?

No.. it's a *little* more, but you should be able to negotiate the same price. A lot of people are confusing 380v3 with 180v3, which is much more expensive, but a totally different animal.
I think opinions about merchant members and non-member suppliers should be aired out in the open. It's happened many times already, with the merchant members having their chance to rebutt any accusations made. Some have passed the test and others have not.
I've got a little cheapie unit from Home Depot.. Not $120, but I think we paid like $350. It's a Lincoln and handles everything we do (up to 1/8" tube).
I also heard they received a container of damaged printers that they're offering at a discounted price. They'll carry the same warranty as usual, maybe with some cosmetic damage, but still fully functional. I'd suggest asking your Roland dealer about that too!
