Wow.... my force numbers are 32 for Cast and 35 for Cal. Then again, I barely have any blade showing in the holder....just the tiniest tip.

We do tons of it. Sometimes it's an issue, and usually required a new blade. Cutting thru all that laminate wears the blades pretty quick I have found. If you changed the blade and still have this issue, it's gotta be pressure setting and depth of the blade.

This error keeps popping up in PM when I send a file. Yet when I click OK it still sends the print. Anyone ever see this? Not really sure if it's Flexi or the printer kicking out this error. Nothing has changed software or hardware related in forever, just started yesterday with a batch of jobs...

Not sure what the question is. If you're asking if you used the right combo of materials, only you can figure that out. If it prints well for you, if it installs well for you, and you made money on the job, then I guess it was good choice. There's other options obviously. Try them all and see...

On the other side of the coin, I often get one PSD or AI file, in layers, that I end up having to sit and turn on a layer, save out, turn off that layer and turn on the next layer, save out, etc.... That's as time consuming as the batch of separate files.
