Any of the diamond grade needs the edges ALL 100% sealed to protect it from ruining with water getting into it. Roll up doors suck particularly bad because of this. Otherwise, as stated above install the whole door, then slit the seams. (then add edge seal tape/lam) Where ya at in Ohio?

Went ahead & deleted the prefs file today (as shown at that link) and now it's back to making regular 90 degree artwork! :thumb: now I just have to reconfigure my workspace....

In photoshop you can change your color settings under: Edit > Color Settings Also, it may help to throw Adobe Illustrator in the middle of this mix... Open with Ill & resave as an EPS. I recall having issues with using exported EPS files directly from Flexi.

I have had bad luck with wrapping the thin race style bodies. They seem so flimsy & you can't use much heat on the corners. How do you "hold" them in place to get the wrap on easily? I made my own templates for the bodies I used.

We have a couple homebuilt configurations on our tables, pretty similar in nature to each other, attached is one. Just some 2x4's & secured dowl rods will do the trick quite well. I would not use the upper roll (it just hold more material for easy swapping) and do not prefer the middle roll, but...

Check craigslist & test the tool when you're there to buy it. A nice benchtop drillpress goes for about $50 on there & will be good & accurate.

They are. I have one of those HP Officejetpro8500's linked above at my KY office, have some kind of a Dell multifunction color laser at Cincinnati. I hate the wet prints that come out of the inkjet, as any colorful print/proof that comes out takes forever to dry, and the paper curls, etc...

I've been using these (saturated piece of paper) ThermApproveTM cleaning pads on my edgeFX, but they get expensive. Is anyone else using another prduct without issues?

Ok, I must have pushed an odd key combo or something while working today... Every shape I create new is at a 45 degree angle instead of on the level with the monitor. Does that make sense? (It looks like a diamond instead of a rectangle when I make a new square.) I can manually rotate it...

X2 on this post & the post below it also. I received this error myself when the bearings were very dry & dirty, 3-in-1 fixed that issue, also had an issue with this error when the carriage cable in the sleeve got a kink/break in one of the fine wires. Make sure there's no noticeable bends in it...

What about a wall graphic style media? The "fathead" type? Should stick well & be removeable later.
