had same issue with my machine about 4 years of running it. assuming your machine is pristine, your black head is on its last legs. if it was static, you would be noticing this overspray on ALL of your printheads, not just isolated to one color.

prolly bypassed the maintenance kit replacement by only replacing the container/funnel, but not the tube. I had made a similiar mess on my 26500 during replacement, after waiting too long to do so. tube was backed all the way up to the funnel and I didn't realize it until i had disconnected it.

assuming there were no head strikes along the way, it looks like your nozzles are a bit gummed-up. clean everything: capping station, wiper blade, sides of printheads, etc. THEN soak overnight. I do not know if that model has a "nozzle wash", but if it does then run it and power-down/unplug...

extruded aluminum angle/tubing can be easily bent into a radius, by hand, of enough notches are cut out of it.

+1 if the print was still outgassing, and your laminate typically adheres despite long dry-time, possible that the vapors outgassing from the gas tank (especially a plastic gas tank) could have accelerated the outgassing of the ink? ...just shootin' from the hip here, but get all that trapped...

what did you do? if you meddled with the dampers, just prior to your current issue, you may have cracked the printhead manifold. It's the black part/tip of the printhead that the damper fits into, and breaks easily.
